Payment Methods 

We accept paypal and BACS payments.  If you wish to pay with your debit or credit card please choose the paypal option at checkout which will then offer a choice of using a paypal account or a `Check out as a Guest Option` which will  ask you to add your chosen card details. You do not require a paypal account when using this option. BACS payments are a direct bank transfer.
 

Loyalty Points

We have many regular customers and offer a loyalty point scheme. Each time you login to your account with us and make a purchase, every £1.00 you spend you will receive a point with the value of 2p, these can be used at checkout or saved till you wish to use them, remember to collect the points you will need to login or create an account with us. It is our way of thanking our loyal customer base.

Shipping Information

We post all orders received by 12 noon the same working day. Late Friday orders will be posted Saturday AM. We currently only ship goods within the UK. Please contact us if you have any questions on postage, service or expected delivery times, please see our details on `contact us` page UK mainland postage charge £2.95 via Royal Mail is a flat rate charge, Purchase as many items as you like and pay just £2.95. Please note orders over £20.00 will be sent recorded delivery. Sales over £40.00 will be dispatched free of charge.

Returns

The Consumers Contract Regulations apply to all purchases, and allow for a refund of original item price. Should you change your mind within 14 days of receipt, please contact us within this time, if you wish to return an item. A refund will be issued on return of item, please note your return cost will be at your own expense. The item must be returned in original unused condition. Items are checked and packed with great care but should you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. Upon return of item we will offer a replacement or full refund as requested and refund your return costs. Please contact us via our contact us page.
